1. Scope and Responsibility
This Acceptable Use Policy applies to every MSPClouds service, account, user, workload, network endpoint, API request, stored object, and system operated through the Services. Customer is responsible for activity by its users, customers, applications, credentials, and systems and must maintain reasonable controls to prevent abuse.
2. Illegal and Harmful Activity
You may not use the Services to violate applicable law; facilitate fraud, theft, extortion, trafficking, exploitation, or deceptive impersonation; distribute or solicit unlawful content; or knowingly provide infrastructure primarily intended to enable unlawful conduct.
3. Security Abuse
Prohibited activity includes unauthorized access, credential theft, phishing, malware distribution, ransomware operations, botnets, command-and-control infrastructure, denial-of-service attacks, unauthorized vulnerability exploitation, cryptojacking on systems you do not own, and attempts to bypass security or usage controls. Legitimate security testing must be authorized and limited to systems you own or have permission to test.
4. Messaging and Network Abuse
Unsolicited bulk email, spam, address harvesting, mail-bombing, abusive scanning, spoofing intended to deceive, open relays, and repeated activity that causes MSPClouds address space to be blocklisted are prohibited. Customers operating mail or messaging services must maintain opt-in, unsubscribe, complaint, and abuse-handling practices appropriate to their use.
5. Intellectual Property and Privacy
You may not knowingly use the Services to infringe copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets, privacy rights, publicity rights, or other legal rights. Copyright complaints are handled under the Copyright & DMCA Policy.
6. Resource and Platform Integrity
You may not intentionally interfere with MSPClouds systems or other customers, evade plan limits, defeat metering, manipulate routing or identity information to conceal abuse, or consume resources in a manner that materially threatens platform stability. High-risk workloads may require prior approval or technical controls.
7. Enforcement
MSPClouds may investigate credible abuse reports, preserve relevant records as permitted by law, require remediation, rate-limit traffic, block destinations or ports, quarantine systems, suspend affected resources, or terminate repeated or severe violations. When practical and safe, MSPClouds will seek to limit action to affected resources and provide notice and an opportunity to cure.
8. Reporting Abuse
Reports should identify the affected IP address, hostname, URL or resource; timestamps with timezone; relevant logs or headers; the nature of the alleged abuse; and reliable contact information. False, misleading, or abusive reports may be disregarded.
