1. What Cookies Are
Cookies and similar technologies store or access information on a device. MSPClouds may use them to operate secure sessions, remember preferences, protect forms, measure performance, and—only where implemented and permitted—understand site usage or marketing effectiveness.
2. Necessary Cookies
Strictly necessary technologies may be used without optional consent where law permits because they support security, authentication, load balancing, fraud prevention, form protection, or user-requested functionality.
3. Analytics and Marketing
MSPClouds should not activate non-essential analytics, advertising, or cross-site tracking for EEA/UK visitors until required consent is obtained. If such tools are added, the cookie banner and preference center must identify their purposes and allow granular acceptance/rejection.
4. Your Choices
You can use the site cookie-preference control, where available, to accept or reject optional categories and later withdraw consent. You may also control cookies in your browser. Withdrawal does not affect processing that occurred lawfully before withdrawal.
5. EU/UK ePrivacy
For visitors protected by EU or UK ePrivacy rules, MSPClouds will request consent before storing or accessing non-essential information on a device unless an exemption applies. Consent should be freely given, specific, informed, unambiguous, and as easy to withdraw as to give.
6. Changes and Contact
This notice may change as technologies change. Questions can be sent to privacy@mspcloud.io.
