Provisioning and Control
Cloud Compute provides virtualized compute resources with the CPU, memory, storage, network, region, and image characteristics shown in the Order or control panel. Customer controls guest operating systems, applications, identities, firewall configuration, patching, data, and workload behavior unless a managed service is separately purchased.
Resource Model
Plans may use shared or dedicated underlying resources as described at purchase. Performance can vary with workload characteristics, software, storage patterns, network path, and plan type. Customer must select a plan appropriate for sustained utilization and may be required to resize workloads that materially impair shared platform stability.
Images, Backups and Recovery
Templates and images are provided for convenience and may include third-party software terms. Unless a backup product is purchased, Customer must maintain independent backups. Reboot, rebuild, resize, snapshot, migration, and recovery operations can involve temporary interruption.
Networking and IP Addresses
IP addresses remain MSPClouds-controlled resources and may change when technically or legally necessary. Customer is responsible for DNS, host firewalling, application exposure, reputation generated by its traffic, and lawful use of assigned addresses.
