Customer Equipment
Customer owns and is responsible for its colocated equipment unless an Order states otherwise. Customer must provide accurate inventory, rack-unit, power, connector, voltage, heat, weight, network, and access requirements and ensure equipment is suitable for data-center operation.
Power and Cross-Connects
Power circuits, redundant feeds, bandwidth commits, cross-connects, IP transit, private connectivity, and remote-hands services are provided only as ordered. A/B power resilience requires compatible dual-power-supply equipment and appropriate cabling.
Facility Access and Remote Hands
Physical access is subject to facility security rules, approved personnel, scheduling, identification, escort requirements, and maintenance windows. Remote hands is best-effort unless a response commitment is stated in the Order and does not include unsupported repair or data recovery.
Cloud Interconnection
Private links between colocated systems and MSPClouds cloud resources depend on network design and may involve VLANs, routing, firewalls, cross-connects, or third-party carriers. Customer remains responsible for end-to-end application design and security.
Removal and Abandonment
Customer must remove equipment and settle outstanding charges at termination. Unremoved equipment may be handled as permitted by the Agreement and applicable law after required notice.
