Service Profile
Memory Optimized plans allocate a higher memory-to-vCPU ratio for databases, caches, analytics, Java/.NET applications, security platforms, and similar workloads. They do not guarantee application performance or eliminate the need for workload tuning.
Customer Sizing
Customer is responsible for memory sizing, swap strategy, database configuration, heap settings, concurrency, licensing, and application architecture. MSPClouds may recommend changes but does not warrant that a particular plan will satisfy a workload benchmark unless a signed Order includes that benchmark.
Availability and Maintenance
Host maintenance, security remediation, capacity management, or emergency intervention may require migration or restart. SLA eligibility is governed by the Service Level Agreement and the purchased architecture.
