Environment
Private Cloud may include dedicated hosts, clusters, virtualization software, private networking, shared management components, or customer-specific capacity as stated in the Order. Only resources expressly described as dedicated are dedicated.
Capacity and Expansion
Reserved capacity, minimum terms, hardware lead times, licensing, cluster design, and expansion procedures may differ from on-demand compute. Customer should maintain sufficient headroom for host failure, maintenance, and growth if high availability is required.
Shared Responsibility
MSPClouds operates the contracted infrastructure layer. Customer remains responsible for guest systems, applications, data, access, workload licensing, and configuration unless the Order assigns those functions to MSPClouds.
Maintenance and Hardware Failure
Failed components may be repaired or replaced with functionally equivalent equipment. Planned maintenance may move workloads or reduce redundancy temporarily. Architecture-specific availability and recovery commitments must be stated in the Order or SLA.
